More than removing and replacing components
Our work includes façade investigations, external wall repairs, passive fire protection, internal construction packages and complete office refurbishment.
Façade remediation requires more than simply removing and replacing components. Existing construction can differ from drawings, concealed conditions may only become apparent during intrusive investigations, and the remedial solution must be installed in line with an approved design and the applicable product instructions.
We work in coordination with principal contractors, fire engineers, façade consultants, architects and project teams, providing the construction expertise needed to expose, remediate and reinstate building elements with appropriate records of the works carried out.
